just 1 person.This room will fit you if you like camping, you have to cross the garden to reach it.LOCATION• The location of my house is ideal if you would like to access the city centre quickly but also to catch the train. • Also, there is a swimming pool nearby.• There is a supermarket, a lot a bars cafes and restaurants nearby• The closest train/ bus stop Utrecht Vaartscherijn and is a 3-minute walk away.AVAILABILITY• 850,- month• Price is all inclusive (no extra charge for water, gas, electricity, wifi, garbage, municipality taxes). Whe n we all go over the 200,- pm all have to pay extra. Means 1-2 washes p.p pw.
