SSH short stay, Johanna building | 18m² | flatshare with 5 other roommates (two women, three men)Student (international, master’s at Utrecht University) | 740,39€ per month (incl.) | April 15th – August 12th Registration is possible & the room is fully furnishedI am subletting my SSH short stay room at Utrecht Science Park, Johanna (Bisschopssteeg) from April, 15th on.

The contract is ongoing until August, 12th and sadly cannot be prolonged. As it is an SSH contract, the new tenant needs to be an international, master’s student at Utrecht University so they could officially take over my current contract and register from May 1st on.The room is fully furnished with a bed, a mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, a (book) shelf, a chair and a sofa chair (see pictures of an example room). You would share the flat with five other international roommates and there’s a shared kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate shower. In the kitchen, we share all the appliances and utilities, so you wouldn’t need to bring anything.

With the room, you get access to a specific spot in the bike shed and the laundry room that contains washing machines and dryers.
