Hi room-seeking STUDENT, I am looking for a subtenant in connection with an internship! The length of the sublease is 2 months, but can (under certain circumstances) go up to 3 or even 6 months.

The room will be available from December 01, 2026. Location: The studio is a 5-minute walk from Velperpoort station, from there it is a 2-minute train ride to Arnhem Central. The main train station can also be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, the city center in 15 minutes. The HAN is about 10 minutes by bike and also easy to reach by public transport.

Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences (Velp) is a fifteen-minute bike ride away. Amenities: The studio is 25m2 and has a private bathroom and a kitchen and is completely self-contained. The room is delivered with, among other things: wardrobe, bed, desk + desk chair, sofa and side table, cupboard, fridge with freezer, washing machine, combi microwave and is equipped with many conveniences. The costs are 650 per month.
