Every start of the academic year we need this proof of registration, if the proof is not accepted then you need to exit the room in 6 months
We only respond to possible tenants who write something about themselves (work, hobby, interests) this makes it for us easier to invite the right tenant.
We reject every possible tenant if:
- There is no proof of registration at an academic institute in Amsterdam
- There is no proof of income.
- You are a smoker or using drugs.
- Double occupancy is also not possible.
- We need to see the new tenant face to face, no skype.

key/deregistration deposit is €200 (returned after ending the contract and the conditions are met)
