In case you look for a temporary option because you are waiting for a room welcome. Disscuss the dates with me pls. The house is located near Vaartscherijn Station (very good location) and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby.

• The location of my house is ideal if you would like to access the city centre quickly but also to catch the train.
• Also, there is a swimming pool nearby.
• There is a supermarket, a lot a bars cafes and restaurants nearby
• The closest train/ bus stop Utrecht Vaartscherijn and is a 3-minute walk away.
AVAILABILITY
• 935- month
• Price is all inclusive (no extra charge for water, gas, electricity, wifi, garbage, municipality taxes). When we all go over the 200,- pm all you have to pay extra. Means 1-2 washes pw.
and not letting on the heather just in the evening from in winter time. Heather is ver expensive!
• A security deposit of 1 month/ the room is for 1 person!
VIEWINGS
• Viewings are possible online and in person as well, based on appointments
