Ideally situated in the beautiful and safe neighbourhood of Kralingen (eastern side of Rotterdam). Lay out: The room is based in the semi basement of a large house. The house has two rooms on this floor. The kitchen is shared with 1 other decent tenant.
The bathroom with 3 others. The room and shared facilities are being cleaned by the cleaning lady weekly. Please note that this is a basement room with a lower ceiling height than our other accommodations. There is a washing machine and dryer for shared use (paid, with a coin machine).
