Hey everyone!I'm looking for someone to takeover my SSH Proxima room from April 1 - July 31 (from May 1 is also possible).

It is a fully furnished private SSH room in a student building with a private en-suite and shared kitchen. Proxima is located on the Zernike Campus and only a 10 minute bike ride away from the city centre. A bus stop is located less than 50 metres from the building and you will also only be a short bike ride away from Paddepoel Winkelcentrum which includes many useful amenities. The rent is 850 euros a month which includes all utilities, is also a fixed term contract of 4 months and an official SSH sublet.
