Screening and viewings:We take the viewing and hospitality process serious to insure that there will be a good cohesion between the people who rent our rooms. First we do a screening, and then we send a invite to come to our viewing.This is what we offer:Minimum period is 6 months with the option to extend and register. 1year has our preference.
