Hi, I'm looking for a young working person to join me at this new renovated&fully furnitured apartment right next to zuiderpark.The bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, huge wardrobe.Register at the address is possible.The person has to have a income more than 1800 euo per month(as asked from the agency).Move in date May 1st(can be a few days early)Viewing possible this weekend.The contract is till Oct 2025, not possible to extend after.I'm looking for someone who is CLEAN and TIDY(VERY IMPORTANT).You will be sharing the apt with me(27 yo,F).

I work full time Mon-Fri so I won't be home during working hours. I like to have my friends over on the weekends from time to time, but no loud crazy parties at this house.

After work I like to go to the gym, going out to eat and drink, going surfing whenever is possible or just chilling at home.Please send me an introduction about yourself if you are interested!
