– Available June 1We are looking for a new female housemate (24+) to join our home on Columbusstraat, located in the lovely Regentessekwartier in Den Haag.The room is approximately 2.06m x 3.85m, on the smaller side but very bright thanks to large windows overlooking the garden. It comes unfurnished and has a wooden floor. There is additional storage space available in a separate room, which you can use as a wardrobe and for drying clothes.The house features a spacious shared living room and a huge garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun.You will be living with three roommates (1 male, 2 female). We are all working professionals, with one of us also doing a part-time study.

We are social and enjoy spending time together occasionally, but we also value a calm and tidy home. We’re looking for someone who fits this balance well.Details:- Rent: €545 per month (including gas/water/electricity) - Deposit: €395 - Registration: possible - Additional cost: remaining municipal taxes for the year (taken over from previous tenant) - Move-in date: June 1 - Contract: indefinite, but the house is "antikraak" (temporary situation). This means the property may be renovated in the future, and tenants could be asked to leave with approximately 28 days’ notice, so a backup plan is required.
