Looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible housemate to share a very spacious and well-maintained house located in Vijlen near Vaals.
About the House & Amenities:
Your Space: A bright private room (furnished) with plenty of natural light.
Premium Extras: access to a large private garden (perfect for spring and summer), a garage, and massive extra storage space in the house for bikes, boxes, or sports gear.
Shared Areas: you will share a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living areas with me.
Location & Commute: perfect for students or researchers at RWTH Aachen, FH Aachen or Maastricht universities.
The house is located in a quiet, green area with quick, direct bus connections right across the German border into Aachen and to Maastricht.
About the Vibe & Cleanliness:
This is a quiet, organised, and respectful home focused on study and work not a party house.
I value a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. We will maintain a simple, shared cleaning routine for the common areas, so being naturally clean and respectful of shared spaces is a must.
I have a friendly cat, so you must be animal-friendly and not allergic.
If you are a quiet, organized Master's/PhD student or a professional looking for a spacious, peaceful home with a garden, please send a message introducing yourself! Tell me a bit about your studies/work, your routine, and how you feel about keeping a clean home..
