Rent: Around €700/month before housing allowance, and less than €450/month after housing allowance/reimbursement from the government (utilities included)
Utilities: Water, electricity, and heating are all included
Availability: From mid-September
Contract: You will sign the rental agreement directly with the housing company. There is no fixed minimum rental period. If you decide to move out in the future, you only need to notify the landlord in advance according to the contract.
The studio is conveniently located, only about 10 minutes' walk from Maastricht Central Station and nearby supermarkets.

The studio comes fully furnished, including:

The handover is expected to be around September 15 (exact date to be confirmed). Any rent paid for overlapping days will be settled fairly based on the final handover date..
