Coming to Maastricht and don't want the hassle of furnishing your room yourself? This spacious room in a student house is (unlike regular student housing in The Netherlands) fully furnished bed, mattress, bedding, kitchen table/desk + 2 chairs, desk light.
The shared facilities are: 2 kitchens (see photo), 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dryer. There's a small patio. As customary in dutch student housing cleaning and removal of garbage are shared between the residents. The set up and location is ideal for those coming to do a master at the Health Medicine and Life Sciences.
The other residents are students or young working people. For this rental contract a proof of enrolment in higher education is mandatory. Please do not respond if you don't want to start the contract.
