I'm a Dutch guy, 45 years old, looking to share my house.

I work as a programmer, sometimes freelance / sometimes remotely and I love travelling so what I have in mind is kind of a special arrangement: - 19 November until some day in January: I'm abroad so the house is all yours, - after my trip, if you want, we could try and see if we enjoy sharing the house, - at some point I'll go on another big trip. The deal would be as follows: - when I'm away (for a longer period) you pay full price, - when I'm home you pay half price, - you may see the house the 18th, move in the 19th and start paying rent the 20th;-) About the house: it's a recently renovated full family home with small front and bigger back garden. Ground floor has big living room with double garden doors, kitchen, pantry, toilet and a bike shed at the back. Upper floor has two bedrooms, an attic, two walk in closets and a bathroom with shower.

The square in front is very quiet with a little playground, but Strijp-S in the north and Trudoplein to the south are within five minutes walking distance. 100 Mbit/s wifi is included. No phone or cable tv provided. Price includes gas, water and electrics, assuming you don't spend a lot more than I do..
